Meet Marilyn Caston

A proud Las Vegas native and experienced family law litigator, Marilyn brings over 12 years of dedicated service to families in the valley. She has handled more than 40 trials involving divorce, child custody, relocation, termination of parental rights, adoption, and other complex family matters.

Marilyn understands that Family Court decisions shape lives. Her courtroom experience, steady temperament, and deep respect for the rule of law make her uniquely prepared to serve our community from the bench.

Committed to access to justice, Marilyn regularly volunteers her time with the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada, providing pro bono representation to families who would otherwise go without legal help. She believes every family deserves fairness, dignity, and compassion in the courtroom.

Marilyn knows our community. She has worked in it, advocated for it, and fought for it. She is ready to bring thoughtful leadership and stability to Family Court.
